We will be holding a Free Coaching Workshop on Saturday 21st of May from 12.30pm till 3.00pm.

All coaches, players and parents (great for junior parents wanting to learn more about hockey) are invited to attend workshop.

The session will include:
- skill techniques
- training drills
- positions & structures
- game concepts
- Q & A session
